Howdy, Y’all!

Courtney Meek

CO-FOUNDER, HEAD PLANNER, FLORIST + DESIGNER

After working in the wedding industry as a coordination assistant for over three years and getting engaged to her high school sweetheart, Logan, Courtney decided she wanted to change the way couples rent decor for their big day. The styled packages Meek & Wild offers- including the “OG” Sedona Golden Hour- were born from this idea . Over time, this concept grew into other areas of the wedding planning process- including full service planning, coordination, design, and florals. Working with couples to bring their dream day to life is the greatest honor and is something she looks forward to every single day. In her free time she enjoys rewatching The Mindy Project, getting coffee, spending time with her and Logan’s pup, Finn, and traveling.

Amanda Zamora

Associate Coordinator

Amanda is the mother of 3 beautiful children: Courtney, Abigail, and Evan. She has organized weddings, parties, and large corporate events for most of her life. Her father, a wedding photographer, introduced her to the wedding and event industry at a young age. One of her favorite wedding moments is watching the groom's face light up as his bride walks down the aisle.

Logan Meek

CO-FOUNDER, FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Not only is he making sure payments and contracts are signed and on time, Logan also is the muscle for set-ups, tear-downs, and you can often find him rallying the groomsmen on the big day. When coming up with a business name- Courtney’s mom thought of the common saying “Meek & Mild”- as Meek was soon to be Courtney’s last name, too. Except…there isn’t much mild about Courtney- or starting a business while still attending university. Thus the name “Meek & Wild” was born! When he isn’t working for the business, he’s smoking cigars, drinking coffee, or trying new restaurants.

Lindsay Hawes

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Lindsay is a professional designer with a passion for weddings that far preceded her own. She is passionate about every couple feeling special and having their vision come to life. Lindsay loves visiting wineries and making charcuterie boards with her husband, spending time with her cat Rory, and searching for the best cold brew coffee in town.

Jordan Landry

Associate Coordinator

Jordan brings a blend of creativity, organization, and personal warmth to every celebration. With years of experience in wedding planning and a passion for creating unforgettable moments, Jordan guides each couple through their unique vision, turning dreams into beautiful realities. Balancing life as a dedicated mom and a detail-driven event planner, Jordan thrives on creating seamless experiences for clients while finding joy in the little things each day. From envisioning elegant receptions to ensuring flawless logistics, Jordan is committed to making every event both memorable and meaningful.

Caroline Smith

LEAD COORDINATOR, DECOR STYLIST

Caroline loves all things weddings and is newly engaged herself! She knew she wanted to work in the wedding industry ever since she was a little girl and was a flower girl at her cousin’s wedding. When she isn’t coordinating weddings, you can find her trying ALL the new restaurants around Austin, at the dog park with her puppy or at home with her nose in a book.

Meek and Wild Weddings was established in 2021 after founders Courtney and Logan Meek got engaged with a simple goal in mind: to make each and every wedding day as beautiful as the love story being celebrated.

We offer decor rentals, florals, coordination, and full service planning/design that can be booked as a-la-carte services or together in our customizable packages. We can’t wait to bring your wedding day dreams to life!
